The leaders who reshape industries don't follow playbooks — they build new instincts
We partner with senior executives who sense they are capable of more but cannot name what is holding them back. Through rigorous, confidential coaching engagements, we surface the hidden patterns that constrain your leadership and replace them with deliberate, powerful habits of thought.
Begin your diagnostic conversationA structured path from insight to transformation
Every engagement follows a four-phase arc designed to create lasting behavioural change rather than temporary motivation. We do not offer quick fixes or motivational workshops. Instead, we build a bespoke programme grounded in neuroscience, systems thinking, and decades of applied leadership research.
Discovery and mapping
We begin with a confidential diagnostic session — typically ninety minutes — where we map your current leadership landscape. Using structured inquiry and proprietary assessment frameworks, we identify the two or three leverage points that, if shifted, would create the greatest impact on your effectiveness. This phase often reveals blind spots that no 360-degree survey can capture, because we look at the interaction between your cognitive style, emotional habits, and organisational context.
Hypothesis and design
Together we craft a coaching hypothesis: a clear, testable statement about what is limiting your growth and what a breakthrough would look like. We then design a six-to-twelve-month engagement with specific milestones, practice assignments, and feedback loops. No two programmes look the same because no two leaders face identical constraints. We draw on techniques from cognitive behavioural coaching, adaptive leadership theory, and somatic awareness.
Deep practice
This is where the real work happens. Fortnightly sessions of sixty minutes each, supplemented by real-time micro-practices you embed into your daily leadership. We challenge your assumptions, rehearse difficult conversations before they happen, and debrief critical decisions after they land. Expect candour, rigour, and the occasional uncomfortable silence as we sit with ambiguity together.
Integration and release
The goal of coaching is to make the coach unnecessary. In the final phase we consolidate your new leadership instincts into self-sustaining habits, create a personal operating system for ongoing development, and formally close the engagement. Many clients describe this phase as the most rewarding, because they can finally see the distance they have travelled.
Six diagnostic domains for senior leaders
Every executive coaching engagement begins by assessing which of these domains holds the greatest untapped potential. Most leaders discover that their primary constraint is not where they expected it to be.
Decision architecture
How you make high-stakes choices under uncertainty. We examine your decision-making heuristics, the biases you default to, and the information you habitually ignore. Leaders who master this domain stop second-guessing themselves and start making faster, cleaner calls.
Strategic narrative
Your ability to articulate a compelling direction and bring others along. We work on the stories you tell — to your board, your team, your investors — and ensure they carry conviction, clarity, and the right level of ambiguity to invite collaboration.
Stakeholder influence
Navigating complex political landscapes without losing authenticity. We map your stakeholder ecosystem, identify where trust is thin, and rehearse influence strategies that align with your values rather than undermining them.
Energy and resilience
Sustaining peak performance without burning out. We examine your rhythms of work and recovery, the emotional labour you absorb, and the boundaries you struggle to maintain. This domain is especially critical for leaders navigating transformation programmes or turnarounds.
Team amplification
Building a leadership team that operates above the sum of its parts. We examine how you delegate, develop, and challenge your direct reports — and whether your leadership style inadvertently creates dependency rather than autonomy.
Identity and transition
Navigating the psychological shift that comes with a new role, a new organisation, or a fundamental change in scope. Many executives underestimate how much their sense of self is tied to their previous position. We help you build a leadership identity that is portable and adaptive.
Aggregated outcomes from our coaching engagements
We measure impact rigorously. These figures are drawn from anonymised post-engagement surveys and organisational data across our client base over the past four years.
Data collected 2022–2025. Engagement scores measured via third-party pulse surveys. Individual results vary.
What leaders ask before they begin
Executive coaching sits at the intersection of performance and psychology, but it is neither therapy nor mentoring. We do not diagnose or treat clinical conditions, and we do not give you answers drawn from our own career. Instead, we use structured inquiry and evidence-based frameworks to help you find your own answers faster and with greater confidence. The focus is always on your leadership effectiveness in context.
Our clients range from newly appointed C-suite executives to seasoned managing directors navigating organisational transformation. We also work with senior partners in professional services firms and founders scaling beyond their first hundred employees. The common thread is ambition combined with intellectual humility — a willingness to be challenged.
We price by engagement rather than by hour, because lasting transformation requires a sustained commitment. A typical programme ranges from £12,000 to £28,000 depending on scope, duration, and whether we include stakeholder interviews or team observation. We are transparent about pricing from the first conversation and never upsell during an engagement.
Absolutely. Around sixty percent of our sessions are conducted via secure video call, and we have worked effectively with leaders across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East. We do recommend at least two in-person sessions during an engagement — typically the opening diagnostic and a mid-point review — because certain somatic and relational dynamics are easier to work with face to face.
We build a formal review checkpoint into every engagement at the three-month mark. If either party feels the coaching is not generating value, we discuss openly and can adjust the approach, pause, or close the engagement with no penalty. Our reputation depends on delivering genuine impact, not on locking clients into contracts.
Begin your diagnostic conversation
Every engagement starts with a candid, no-obligation conversation. Tell us what you are navigating, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
